Using Scrimly

Scrimly is an independent tool for Discord communities to organize scrims and drop maps. By using it, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and be at least 13. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, use Scrimly only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Accounts and community authority

Sign in through your own Discord account and keep it secure. You must have authority to register and manage a Discord community. Owners are responsible for the hosts they authorize, their community's settings and their event rules. We may restrict access when permissions expire or to address abuse, security issues or violations of these terms.

Acceptable use and uploads

Do not harass people, impersonate others, publish unlawful or harmful content, upload malware, exploit access controls or disrupt the service. Only upload or link content you have permission to use. You retain your rights in your content and give Scrimly permission to host, display and process it as needed to provide the service. We may remove content or suspend access to address violations or legal requests.

Scrims, fees and prizes

Community hosts set their own event details and are responsible for their accuracy, eligibility, rules, entry fees and prize arrangements. A displayed fee or prize is information supplied by the host. Scrimly does not collect player entry fees, hold prize funds or guarantee payment, attendance or results. Hosts must follow applicable laws and the relevant platform rules.

Hosting subscriptions

Hosting is billed per registered Discord server through Stripe when payments are enabled. The selected price and billing interval are shown before checkout. Monthly plans renew monthly; yearly plans are charged in one payment and renew yearly unless canceled. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. Players do not need a paid Scrimly subscription to participate.

Manage or cancel your subscription through Host desk → Billing. A normal billing cancellation follows the timing shown in Stripe's customer portal. Deleting a server cancels its linked hosting subscription immediately and ends access to that server. Deletion does not automatically refund past payments. Contact the operator for billing issues or refund requests; any non-waivable consumer rights still apply.

Plan limits and included features are shown on the pricing and billing pages. Changes to paid pricing or material subscription terms will be communicated before they apply. We do not promise features that are only being considered for future development.

Server deletion

Only the registered owner can delete a server. The confirmation requires a deliberate hold. Deletion permanently removes its Scrimly maps, sessions, claims, chat and host access, and queues uploaded files for removal. It does not delete the Discord server. Keep any information you need before deleting; this action cannot be undone through Scrimly.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Scrimly useful and reliable, but uninterrupted access, perfect synchronization and permanent data availability are not guaranteed. Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, and the operator is not responsible for indirect losses from community events, third-party services or lost access. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Independent service and updates

Scrimly is not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games, Fortnite or Discord. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. We may update these terms and will change the date above; material changes will be communicated through the service. Stop using Scrimly if you do not accept the updated terms.
